Sellick Partnership Limited is proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public sector clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including applications for judicial review, contract and procurement disputes, housing and homelessness matters, and more. Our team has obtained and maintained LEXCEL accreditation, the Law Society's quality mark, ensuring a high level of resilience and expertise.

As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of cases, including:

  • Applications for judicial review
  • Contract and procurement disputes
  • Housing and homelessness matters
  • Injunction applications
  • Personal injury and insurance claims
  • Debt recovery
  • Representation and support in coroner inquests
  • Contractual disputes
  • Trading standards prosecutions
  • Highway enforcement
  • Planning enforcement
  • Fraud prosecutions
  • Health and safety at work prosecutions
  • Prosecution for other regulatory breaches

The role will be a hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to work from one of our three offices in central Northampton, Bedford, or Cambridge up to one day per week.
