Job Title: Talent Development and Careers Partner

Join Artis Recruitment as a Talent Development and Careers Partner and take on a challenging role that will allow you to design and implement practical, engaging, and effective career development solutions across our businesses.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the creation, development, and implementation of global career development solutions. As a Talent Development and Careers Partner, you will work closely with our Group Talent Function to design and deliver effective career development interventions across large, group-structured matrix businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage a curriculum of global career development activities and initiatives.
  • Support the creation of a global framework for employees to self-assess and manage their own career development path.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Assessment and the Learning and Capability team to design and implement effective career development solutions.
  • Coach colleagues at all levels in effectively promoting and utilizing career development solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective career development interventions across all levels within and across a global organization. You will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and develop creative solutions aligned to key stakeholder objectives.
