Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Career Development Solutions: Design and deliver global career development solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce, including training programs, mentorship initiatives, and career coaching.
- Curate a Global Career Development Curriculum: Create and manage a comprehensive curriculum of global career development activities and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
- Support Employee Career Development: Collaborate with the Global Head of Assessment and the Learning and Capability team to develop a global framework for employees to self-assess and manage their own career development path.
- Coach and Mentor Colleagues: Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues at all levels to effectively promote and utilize career development solutions.
As a seasoned professional in talent development, you will have a proven track record of designing and implementing effective career development solutions across large, global organizations. You will be a natural collaborator, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals.
