Reliability Improvement Technician

Are you a motivated and experienced Reliability Improvement Technician looking for a new challenge? Join MDE Consultants in Oxfordshire as a Day-based Electrical Maintenance Engineer and play a vital role in driving line performance.
Your responsibilities will include implementing planned maintenance, preventative measures, and curative approaches to reduce downtime and improve overall productivity. You will work closely with the maintenance planning team and production engineering team to prioritise projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical maintenance, a strong bias towards planned maintenance, and excellent problem-solving skills.
