Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing expert care to critically ill patients, including those requiring cardiothoracic anaesthesia. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Person Specification

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant with a strong background in Intensive Care Medicine and Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • MB ChB, MBBS or equivalent qualification
  • Full and specialist registration with the GMC, or eligible for registration within six months of interview
  • At least 8 years' experience in anaesthetics, with at least 2 years' experience in UK hospitals
