We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Home First services within Doncaster. As part of our integrated community care offer, we are developing our community physiotherapy service alongside partners to support clients in their own home.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be required to provide specialist physiotherapy assessments over a range of conditions and complexities using advanced clinical reasoning to analyse clinical and non-clinical findings to form accurate physiotherapy diagnoses and prognoses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide health education, health promotion, and prevention advice to patients and carers.
  2. Formulate and recommend to others the best course of physiotherapy intervention and/or treatment programmes to meet the agreed goals set with the individual patient/or carer.
  3. Use a range of verbal and non-verbal communication methods to communicate effectively with patients and carers to maximise rehabilitation potential.
  4. Overcome barriers to appropriate rehabilitation, including communication difficulties, anxiety, or motivation.
