Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Reed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and candidates in a professional and timely manner.
  • Update and maintain accurate records and databases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings with ease, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
  • Provide administrative support to consultants, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming to all visitors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential office software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
