Gama Aviation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Airworthiness Officer to join our team. As an Airworthiness Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued airworthiness of our aircraft fleet.
Main Responsibilities:- Track maintenance items and ensure timely planning and compliance.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, including defining requirements, creating work packs, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance input during its course and resolve queries.
- Process completed maintenance, including tally sheets, component changes, and compliance updates.
- Support and resolve internal and external queries related to maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Assess and create Engineering Orders for AD/SB, damage and repair assessments, and major and minor modification assessments.
- Support aircraft transaction projects and may require occasional travel.
- Experience in administration and coordination within an office environment.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage complex instructions and understand requirements and actions.
- IT literacy with experience in MS Office applications.
- Good team player with a hunger to learn and confident, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail and high levels of intrinsic motivation.
- Proactive mindset with a reliable and flexible approach.
