We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN specialist to join our team at Academics. As a specialist in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.


About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with ASD, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide one-to-one support to students with ASD, promoting social, emotional, and academic development
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social interaction and community building
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and coordination

To be successful in this role, you will possess:


  • Strong knowledge of ASD and its impact on students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
