SEN Support Opportunity
Academics LTD is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN specialist to join our team in a large form entry primary school in High Wycombe.
The successful candidate will work with students with ASD, providing individualized support and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with ASD, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Assist students with daily tasks, such as organization and time management.
- Help create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ASD and its impact on students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
