Customer Experience Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing Fintech company, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in expansion, ensuring that clients receive unparalleled support and value throughout their journey. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance client onboarding, training, and retention.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to help shape best practices in customer experience as the client base grows. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying clients at risk and providing necessary support.
- Delivering ongoing training and assistance to enhance client experience.
- Gathering feedback and testimonials to improve services.
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand in all client interactions.
- Achieving and exceeding performance targets consistently.
- Keeping detailed records of activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
