Job Title: Expert Building Regulator

**Company Overview:** ERSG Ltd is a reputable organization in the construction industry, and we are seeking an experienced expert building regulator to join our team. The role of the expert building regulator is to provide technical leadership in building control for a portfolio of projects including major developments in complex environments.

**Salary:** The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

**Job Description:**

This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in building regulations, with the ability to interpret complex technical information and make informed decisions accordingly. The expert building regulator will be responsible for communicating effectively and regularly with key stakeholders within and outside of Heathrow to ensure that service standards are maintained, projects are delivered in compliance with building regulations, and the building control role is developed.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing technical support and advice in areas where building regulations may not apply. They will also be responsible for operating in accordance with any RBCA and RBI licence obligations, ensuring that building control activities meet prescribed performance standards and comply with internal ISO 9001 Quality Management processes and systems.
