Job Title: Senior Building Compliance Officer

**Company Overview:** ERSG Ltd is a well-established organization in the construction industry, and we are seeking a senior building compliance officer to join our team. The role of the senior building compliance officer is to provide technical leadership in building control for a portfolio of projects, ensuring that building control activities meet prescribed performance standards and comply with internal ISO 9001 Quality Management processes and systems.

**Salary:** We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

As a senior building compliance officer, you will be responsible for assessing levels of compliance of relevant projects being handed over to the operation on Building Regulations Health and Safety matters, and permitting or refusing the handover as appropriate. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively and regularly with key stakeholders within and outside of Heathrow to ensure that service standards are maintained, projects are delivered in compliance with building regulations, and the building control role is developed.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building regulations, with the ability to interpret complex technical information and make informed decisions accordingly. They will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
