Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and support of IT systems, networks, and hardware to ensure smooth operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, and network devices.
  • Assist in monitoring system performance, security, and backups, ensuring data protection and disaster recovery measures are in place.

Requirements:
