The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and assisting with IT projects to improve the overall efficiency and security of our technology systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting in the maintenance and support of IT systems, networks, and hardware to ensure smooth operation.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
  • Supporting the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, and network devices.
  • Assisting in monitoring system performance, security, and backups, ensuring data protection and disaster recovery measures are in place.

As a Graduate IT Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop technical and professional skills, build professional relationships, and gain insights into your chosen industry and potential career paths.

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware, including operating systems, servers, and software, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
