About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Professional to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of individuals using P3 Charity's services by performing routine maintenance checks, general repairs, and other tasks related to property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly maintenance checks on properties across Lincolnshire.
  • Carry out general repairs to buildings and fixtures both inside and out.
  • Paint and perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in DIY skills and experience in property maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid full UK driving licence.
