Property Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Professional to join our team at P3 Charity, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our service users.
As a Property Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for carrying out weekly maintenance checks, general repairs to buildings and fixtures both inside and out, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing tasks. This will involve working at various sites across Lincolnshire, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the improvement of living environments for those who need it most.
The ideal candidate will have previous employment or experience in maintenance and hold a full UK driving licence. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and excellent training opportunities.
