The Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-maintenance of our properties. Your duties will include weekly maintenance checks, general repairs, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing tasks. You will work at various sites across Lincolnshire and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have DIY skills and experience, as well as the ability to work with a wide range of people and take initiative. A company van, tools, and workwear are provided. The ideal candidate will also hold a full UK driving licence and have previous employment or experience in maintenance.

What We Offer
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per year, plus excellent benefits including 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, paycare employee assistance programme, flexible working options, and excellent training opportunities.
