About the Job

We're looking for a talented Administrative HR Advisor to join our team at NFU Mutual.

As an Administrative HR Advisor, you will provide guidance on a diverse array of HR topics while delivering exceptional customer service for all employee transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include interpreting, advising, and investigating HR policies, systems, and processes, and triaging incoming queries.

You'll manage a caseload of employee screening requirements, keeping employees and line managers informed of progress and managing any adverse findings to ensure compliance with Group and Regulatory standards.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to develop your administration and customer service skills within a professional HR environment.
  • You will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and acting on employee transactions across the employee lifecycle.
  • As an Administrative HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR Services to our customers.
