Job Title: Stress Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Stress Engineer to join our team, responsible for the safe, reliable, and optimized structural design of aircraft seating across multiple programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our products meet regulatory guidelines and requirements, working closely with the Engineering, Lead Engineers, and Certification teams.
  • Undertake fundamental engineering hand calculations, including determining load cases and stress/stiffness analysis.
  • Utilize FEA systems to analyze and optimize structural designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • A mechanical, aeronautical, or related engineering degree (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the engineering industry.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting milestones and deadlines.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
