We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our exceptional team at Holdcroft Motor Group. With your industry knowledge, fresh approach to car sales, and full UK driving license, we are keen to have your expertise in our Mazda dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each model.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Utilise your strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure customer commitment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to drive sales conversions.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Passionate about the motor industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £17, - £25, per annum plus commission & bonus (OTE £50K)

Location: Oldham

Hours of work: 1 in 3 weekends off with a day off in the week
