About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, responsible for general reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats, and hanging doors.
  • Repairing minor issues with plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
  • Conducting regular building inspections, including roof walks and building checks.
  • Completing PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, and Sprinkler Testing.
