Retail Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, responsible for general reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
What You Will DoYour key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats, and hanging doors.
- Repairing minor issues with plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Conducting regular building inspections, including roof walks and building checks.
- Completing PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, and Sprinkler Testing.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,437, along with a range of benefits, including a company van, fuel card, smartphone, tools, and uniform.
