We are a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team based in the Lancaster area, seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of £26,437 for this role, along with a range of benefits including a company van, fuel card, smartphone, tools, and uniform.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Operative, your duties will include:

  • General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.
  • This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats, hanging doors, or fixing shelves, patch plastering, rendering, painting, or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
  • PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).
  • Building inspections including roof walks and building checks.
