About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and achieve their goals.

You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they need to thrive. Your expertise and passion for learning disabilities and autism will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care and support.

This role involves driving the company vehicle, so a Full UK Driving License is essential. You'll also need to have a Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience in learning disabilities and autism.
