Job Overview

Job Title: General Ledger Administrator

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a General Ledger Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing our general ledger, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Navision.

You will be working closely with our Finance Manager to prepare and process financial statements, manage our cash flow, and provide financial guidance to the business.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work well under pressure and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our general ledger, including processing invoices and credits
  • Prepare and process financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage our cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Provide financial guidance to the business, including identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Work closely with our Finance Manager to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
