Job Opportunity

We are seeking energetic and experienced fitness instructors to deliver our newest signature product, IGN1TE. This high-energy group fitness program combines martial arts with cardio for a unique and exhilarating workout experience.

IGN1TE Class Formats

IGN1TE offers three different class formats:

  • IGN1TE STRIKE - a high-energy class that combines martial arts with cardio, featuring bespoke music and dynamic routines.
  • IGN1TE ENERGY - a fusion of cardio and strength, blending athletic movements and skill-based challenges.
  • IGN1TE REBELS - a family-friendly class designed for adults and children, featuring adapted choreography and motivating music.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience in delivering high-energy classes to music.
  • Ability to follow choreography while implementing your own style of teaching.
  • Good level of fitness to meet the demands of the workout.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with members.
  • Able to adapt classes to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities.
  • Good time-keeping, trustworthiness, reliability, friendliness, and professionalism.
