Group Fitness Instructor - IGN1TE

About Us:
At David Lloyd Clubs, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our members through a focus on both physical and mental wellness. We are currently seeking dynamic instructors to lead our innovative program, "IGN1TE."

Program Overview:
IGN1TE offers three unique class formats designed to energize and inspire:
  • IGN1TE STRIKE: A high-energy fusion of martial arts and cardio, this class emphasizes speed, strength, and striking techniques, all set to exhilarating music.
  • IGN1TE ENERGY: This class combines cardio and strength training through choreographed movements and skill challenges, featuring our exclusive AMRAP track for an engaging workout experience.
  • IGN1TE REBELS: A family-oriented class for ages 8 and up, where adults and children can participate together, utilizing fun choreography and motivating music.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A current Level 2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience in delivering high-energy classes to music.
  • The ability to follow choreography while infusing personal teaching style.
  • A solid fitness level to meet the demands of the workouts.
  • Effective communication skills for delivering clear technical cues and building rapport.
  • Adaptability to cater to a diverse range of ages and fitness levels.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
