IGN1TE Fitness Instructor Opportunity

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Instructor to deliver our new signature product, IGN1TE. As an IGN1TE Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy classes that combine martial arts and cardio exercises, providing a unique and engaging workout experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver IGN1TE classes to a high standard, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with members, providing excellent customer service and promoting a sense of community within the club.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and club staff to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience in delivering high-energy classes to music.
  • Ability to follow choreography while implementing your own style of teaching.
  • Good level of fitness to meet the demands of the workout.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with members.
