Program Overview:
  • IGN1TE STRIKE: A high-energy class that merges martial arts with cardio, designed to elevate your fitness experience through dynamic routines and motivating music.
  • IGN1TE ENERGY: This class combines cardio and strength training, featuring choreographed movements and skill challenges, all set to high-energy tracks for an invigorating workout.
  • IGN1TE REBELS: A unique family class for adults and children aged 8 and above, focusing on fun and engagement through adapted choreography and upbeat music.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Essential: A minimum of a current Level 2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience in delivering high-energy classes with the ability to incorporate personal teaching style.
  • Strong fitness level to meet the demands of various workouts.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear technical guidance and rapport building.
  • Adaptability to cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
