Job Title: Associate Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our team at Freespace. As a key member of our global project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, maintaining Gantt charts and RAID logs
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal teams
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
  • Support process updates and initiatives critical to project success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in global project management, including client interaction in the UK and US regions
  • Experience in running multiple projects concurrently, including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining standard project artifacts, such as Gantts and RAID logs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • PMP certification and Agile certification
