About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Assistant to join our team at NHS Jobs. This will enable the GP to focus on patient care, while you provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the GP, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform routine clinical tasks, such as taking patient histories, conducting basic medical procedures, and assisting with minor surgeries.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and procedures.
Requirements
