Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Rosemary Medical Centre. As a valued member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our Practice Nurse in managing Long Term Conditions, Qof, and recalls.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities include administering appropriate immunisations, assisting with the Long Term Conditions Clinic, and supporting the Practice Nurse with recall systems. You will work closely with our established and friendly team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Rosemary Medical Centre is a well-established practice with a list size of approximately 6500 patients. We have a CQC rating of Good and a strong focus on delivering the best care possible to our patients. We encourage the training and development of all our team members.
