We are seeking an experienced Registered Children's Nurse to join our outstanding Children's Emergency Department in East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families.
Main Duties
- Document patient details accurately and efficiently using the EPR system.
- Deliver holistic nursing care to children and their families.
- Communicate effectively with children and their carers, involving them in the planning and delivery of care.
- Coordinate patient discharges, including health promotion education.
- Identify clinical emergencies and take appropriate action.
- Use medical equipment safely and competently, supervising others as needed.
- Record and interpret vital signs, taking action when necessary.
