About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch/Sales Manager to join our team at dnata Travelbag. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall financial and sales performance of our Cheltenham store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maximize revenue through effective sales and customer service strategies.
  • Direct and manage the store within agreed operational and financial budgets.
  • Work in partnership with post-sales teams to ensure a high-quality end-to-end service to customers.
  • Pre-empt and resolve operational and financial issues through ongoing analysis and action.
  • Coordinate with the wider management team to manage and plan available resources for call flow.
  • Engage with marketing and sales departments to drive enquiries through increased footfall, local events, and improved customer experience.
  • Propose plans for localised revenue generation, including targets, costs, and resource management.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in inbound travel sales, preferably in a retail or call centre environment.
  • Sound operational management experience, with a thorough understanding of resource optimization and delivery.
  • Excellent team player with leadership and coaching skills, able to contribute to and challenge the performance management process.
  • Resilient and able to overcome challenges to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated with a mature and positive attitude.
  • Ability to introduce meaningful and stretching KPIs and maintain focus on achievement.
  • Ability to create a dynamic and high-performing team through selection, motivation, and development.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a results-focused approach.
