**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Regional Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's care homes across England, providing clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest standards of care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care home teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor care home operations and provide feedback and support to staff.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve care quality and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with care home managers and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these.
