Adventure Programme Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Adventure Programme Manager to lead our outdoor adventure programme, Ultimate Survival. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of bushcraft and outdoor activities, inspiring and supporting our instructors, and ensuring the welfare and safety of children on-site.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver activities for children aged 7-14, focusing on participation, skill development, and enjoyment.
- Directly manage a team of Instructors, ensuring they deliver the quality of care and the standard of activities expected at Ultimate Activity Camps.
- Inspire your staff to deliver quality activities through leading by example with energy and enthusiasm.
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in a childcare and/or education setting, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
