What is the Graduate Programme?
Lasting 3 years, the programme will facilitate professional development and exposure to real life Construction projects in a 24/7 live operational environment Investing in Growth and Service…. Shaping the future together
Tailored to suit you. You will be able to give your best and to redefine what's possible. Being involved in live projects that deliver what matters. Part of the programme will include a leadership development module with the other graduates and a dedicated coach (a senior leader from the business) who will help to build resilience in the workplace.
Construction, deliver the airport Capital Investment Plan and strategic growth, by building our future infrastructure. As passenger numbers rise, it's vital we grow our infrastructure capacity but deliver our sustainability goals.
You will play a part in this growth working across a wide variety of business areas and projects that cover every aspect of the airport ecosystem. Surface access, car parks, terminal buildings or out on our airfield, the opportunity and range of interest is there for you to explore.

Building a wide range of contacts internally and externally Developing your design management, construction management and project management skills through being involved in complex projects in a constrained operational environment Working on £multi-million projects and be involved from inception through to design, construction, handover and completion.
