About the Role

You'll be a vital part of our team, leading by example and driving sales growth in our stores. As a Retail Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and managing a small team of sales assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Store Standards – you'll maintain high store standards, ensuring everything runs smoothly from stock management to customer queries.
  • Team Management – you'll lead and motivate a small team of sales assistants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Experience – you'll have experience as a supervisor or duty manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Skills – you'll be great at giving amazing customer service, able to translate that into sales, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Qualities – you'll be inquisitive, ever-questioning, and ever-improving, passionate about our business, and friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
