About the Role

The Clinical Liaison Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive seamless and personalized care throughout their treatment journey. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with patients, communicating effectively, and facilitating smooth consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with patients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their treatment.
  • Consultation Support: Assist optometrists during consultations, providing expert support and guidance as needed.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
