Are you a passionate individual with a keen interest in education? We are seeking a dedicated educational support specialist in an astounding school located in Sheffield. This role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of education for students in the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring a stable and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities of the Educational Support Specialist:
  1. Supervise and manage a classroom of students, ensuring they remain focused on their work and adhere to the school's behaviour policies.
  2. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.
Educational Support Specialist Job Requirements:
  1. Prior experience working in an educational setting, ideally in a supervisory or teaching capacity.
  2. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
