Job Overview

We are seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting students in Primary Schools, particularly in KS1 and KS2.


About the Role

The successful candidate will work as a Teaching Assistant in Sheffield Primary Schools, providing support to students with SEND and SEMH needs. You will have experience working on a 1:1 basis and be familiar with helping students achieve their full potential.


Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Providing educational support to students in KS1 and KS2
  • Working closely with teachers to develop lesson plans and implement strategies for students with special educational needs
  • Assisting students on a 1:1 basis to help them overcome learning challenges

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
  • Experience working with students with SEND and SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
