We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join SYNETIQ Ltd based at our site in Winsford. Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to a portfolio of clients, driving client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships that drive profit and growth for our business and clients alike.

About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and support to ensure seamless interactions with clients, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike. You will be highly organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A key aspect of this role is providing expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on strategic and operational matters
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
