Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Professional to join our team at a dynamic and inclusive school in Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of the education team, you will play a pivotal part in supporting classroom teaching and learning activities.
With a salary of up to £120 per day, this full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for education to make a significant contribution to the academic and personal growth of students.
The successful candidate will have a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent, previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in an educational setting, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
As a skilled Educational Support Professional, you will be responsible for leading small group instruction under the guidance of teachers, assisting in assessing student progress, and maintaining records of achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead small group instruction under the guidance of teachers
- Assist in planning and preparing lessons and learning resources
- Support the implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
