The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Content Coordinator to manage and coordinate the bid process. This part-time office-based position involves developing and maintaining a library of standard bid content, templates, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of standard bid content, templates, and best practices.
  • Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Support the content manager in providing on-brand, relevant content for internal and external communications as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or similar qualification in a relevant area.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a bonus scheme and benefits package to support your health and wellbeing.
