About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Healthcare Team Lead, responsible for providing innovative pharmacy services in a community setting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to deliver award-winning healthcare solutions.


Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description


As a Healthcare Team Lead, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing expert pharmacy services to patients and communities
  • Leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality services
  • Developing and implementing new pharmacy services to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care
  • Monitoring and evaluating service delivery to ensure quality and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in a community pharmacy setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy practice and legislation
