Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute audits and assessments, completing associated documentation and activities in accordance with our QMS.
  • Support investigations into quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Manage Corrective and Preventative measures, ensuring their completion and effectiveness.
  • Maintain quality measures with associated targets for QA Compliance.
  • Support external quality audits, assessments, and visits by customers and authorities.
  • Perform regular shop floor checks, reporting any issues and resolving them effectively.
  • Support timely responses to quality issues, coordinating resolution efforts.
  • Assist in generating Quality Plans and proposals.
  • Support First Article Reports and customer-facing product verification activities.
  • Participate in Engineering Design Project reviews, ensuring compliance to internal QMS requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Quality/Business Improvement.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and auditing processes.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments and supply chains.

This role may be suitable for candidates with experience in Quality Technician, Quality Assurance Engineer, QA Engineer, QMS Engineer, Quality Auditor, Quality Manager, or Quality Lead positions.
