Building Services Quantity Surveyor

**The Package:**
* Salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

**Responsibilities:**
1. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.
2. Analyze tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements.
3. Source and negotiate competitive quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Evaluate project risks and incorporate contingencies into cost estimates.
