Job Description:

You will be working on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning various sectors, including industrial, rail, and refurbishment. With project values ranging from £300k to £30m, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a professional cost estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Tender Analysis: Analyse tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements.
  • Procurement: Source and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate project risks and incorporate contingencies into costings.
  • Collaboration: Work with commercial and project management teams to monitor and control budgets.
