About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy individual to join our team as an Apprentice Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions, ensuring the branch remains competitive and aligned with company goals.
