As a Branch Manager at A-Plan, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals and driving business growth in your region. You will be accountable for the profit and loss of your branch, as well as the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of insurance professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and increase revenue in your region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure we are meeting their needs and delivering exceptional service.

  • Manage the profit and loss of your branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement changes and improvements to our products and services as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
